Gregg Gorski Finishes Season Strong at Laguna Seca

This past weekend, the Blue Marble Radical Cup North America series traveled to California for the final round of the season at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Coming into the weekend, One Motorsports driver Gregg Gorski sat third in the Pro 1500 driver championship, and he fought to hold on to that spot through the final three rounds of his 2023 campaign.

In race one, which was impacted by cautions, the Las Vegas-based driver started ninth and finished fifth, marking his fourth top-five finish in a row. In race two, Gorski drove the #24 to a solid seventh-place result. Finally, on Sunday, Gorski crossed the finish line in race three in fourth place not claiming a podium but securing third place in the Pro 1500 championship.

“I want to thank my partners – Cock Oil Lube, Smokebuddy, One Motorsports, and RTD Media for their support this season,” Gorski said. “I also want to say a huge thank you to all the Blue Marble Radical Cup workers who helped make this season a great one. I think many might consider this an easier or development series but I’m telling you, this is some highly competitive racing, and it makes for a great show for fans and the best time for driver.”

Gregg Gorski has not yet announced his plans for the 2024 season but, you can most likely count on him to return to the Blue Marble Radical Cup North America series next year as well as additional race programs. Gorski will now shift his focus to the Radical World Finals in Portimao, Portugal October 16-22. Stay tuned to Gregg Gorski’s social media accounts for more information on his upcoming schedule.
